Additional description
In general, this mill is not very much different from other Volga region smocks. However, it has an amazing story. Strictly speaking, the fact that the mill has shattered is wrong. It was dismantled and lost. But let's start from the beginning.

This story began near Kiknursky district in the city of Kotelnich. As it is known "there are three mills in Kotelnich: a watermill, a steam mill and a windmill." However, there is not a single mill left in the city, whereas most of the souvenirs from Kotelnich still have the pictures of the mills. They could serve a good example for those places where the mills still exist. In 2008, the "Vyatka Earth Foundation" decided to transport the mill to the city and restore it. There was even conducted an expedition:

During the expedition two windmills were found: the first one is from the village of Krasilovskie, Kiknursky district as well, and the second one from Baryshniki. It was then decided to transport one of these mills.
2009: The idea is here

The picture to this article shows the mill from Krasilovsky, whereas the second one was chosen for the transportation and in 2010 the mill Baryshniki was dismantled:

Well, that's it. Here the story ends.
2016: It disappeared: here

In the city of Kotelnich the historical center is well restored, so we believe that if the mill or its logs still exist, it could be restored some day too. Or maybe not, who knows.
