Windmill from the village of Chirsha

Short description
The shattered windmill from the village of Chirsha (Vysokogorsky district, Republic of Tatarstan) was built around 1900s, was located on a historical site. Smock mill with four sails and two pairs of millstones. Sheathed Log construction. Unique details: lever as the sack hoist. Was used as a flour mill (flour).

Additional description
We did not know that the mill fell down and honestly searched for it in Chirsha in the spring of 2016. But a few months before that the monument had disappeared. It's a pity. It was located forty kilometers away from the big city of Kazan. Besides, its condition was surprising: people wrote scientific articles about it, because the entire mechanism was so well preserved.
