Additional description
This mill should not be confused with the mill from the village of Tarkhany, Chuvash Republic.
The mill in Tarkhany is one of six operating mills that regularly grind grain into flour. It was brought from Mordovia and functionally restored by Saransk specialists. Well done!

Originally, the mill had two pairs of millstones, but it seems that only one has been restored.

You can read about the mill, for example here, or in a dozen other places.
