Additional description
The photo is here, but no description can be found. A powerful, concrete base means that the mill is a replica. The analysis of the roof and the quality of the logs also prove that. However, theoretically, it can be a well-restored monument. Who knows.

If the mill is historical, then its shape is the same as that of the rarest mills with a horizontal shaft in Kochemlevo (New Jerusalem, Moscow region) and Spass (Kostroma).
