Additional description
The windmill was collapsed in 2014 during strong wind. It was a Volga region smock will.

There are two photographs of this mill: here (it is said that it is a mill near the village of Starye Ishli. We went to this village, but nobody had heard about the mill), and here. There has been preserved a part of the sailcloth on the sail of the mill, which is quite rare. We assume that the mill had six sails because if you look at its sails you will see that between the surviving sail and the wreck of another one in the photo the angle is not of 90 degrees. Shortly before collapsing the mill was recognized as a monument here, photos of mechanism parts lying on a ground here.
