Windmill from Ovstug museum

Short description
New windmill was built in 2003 in the estate museum "Ovstug" (Bryansk region). Smock mill with four sails and one pair of millstones. Sheathed Frame. Was used as a flour mill (flour).

Condition

The windmill is new, however it doesn't grind flour

Additional description
Strangely enough, the new mill in Ovstug has already started to fall into ruin. And it’s been only 12 years after the construction of the mill: here.
